Return and Refund Policy

Posture Pro Fixreturn & refund policy allows for returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. To process your return, we require proof of purchase, such as a transaction number, along with photos of the product.

Once we receive the returned product and verify through inspection that it is undamaged, we will issue a full refund. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for unused and undamaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at support@postprfx.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.
